Octagonlock system is very durable and flexible to support construction or building system, which can reduce more labour cost and improve working efficiency and safety.
Especially Octagonlock standard, mainly support and connect all system for unit one. Usually we use Q355 high stronger materials and 10mm or 8mm thickness octagon disk. 
The Standard have one connector on one side, 90mm length, 4.5mm thickness. Thus can keep the standard straight when assemble higher level. We use black raw materials to weld with accessories then send them to hot dip galvnaized for more zinc galvanizing to protect surface from water or wet rusty.

 

Octagonlock ledger is very important to all octagonlock system and connect the standard and bear all support strength from Standard. Mostly we use Q235 raw materials and weld casting ledger head, use 6mm wedge pin for fixing with standard. Then also hot dip galvanized to get long term anti-rust. 
Normal size is 42x2.0mm, 48.3x2.3mm/2.5mm. Length will be 300mm ,600mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm or base on your requirements. We all can guarantee the high quality and safety.
