1) Pipe cutting
We just use  the auto-machine cutting blade to keep all our length controlled within 1mm, and the pipe end will be plain without any splinter

2) Welding
All our workers are professional and have more than 5 years of welding experience. They know how to make goods perfect.

3) Sanding
This is a fundamental process. But many factories ignore it. Before sending it to make a surface treatment, we will ask our workers to sand the welding places to protect the beautiful and not fake welding. Thus all goods will be nice to make galvanized or painted.

4)Surface treatment
A Galvanized factory has different quality requirements. We just chose the better one and met all coating and surface requirements. 
Hot dip galvanized, electro-galvanized, powder coated, and painted.
